What is Neuramis and how safe is it from a clinical perspective?

Neuramis is a Korean hyaluronic acid filler that we use exclusively in versions approved by the Thai FDA. It is produced using SHAPE Technology, a two-step cross-linking process combined with high-level purification, which ensures excellent shape retention and reduces residual substances that cause irritation. The texture after injection is typically smooth and blends well with tissue, resulting in minimal swelling and bruising compared to many other Korean filler brands. We will open the box and inspect each batch in front of the patient for peace of mind. If we find that it is “carry-in” or an unregistered model, we will not administer it under any circumstances due to safety and quality concerns. The risks are not worth the outcome.

How many models are there, and how long do they last?

In Thailand, there are currently three versions available for use: Deep, Deep Lidocaine, and Volume Lidocaine. The main differences lie in the viscosity and elasticity of the gel, which make them suitable for different skin layers and injection points. The Deep version provides good fullness for moderate-depth grooves. Deep Lidocaine provides a more comfortable injection experience due to its built-in anesthetic, while Volume Lidocaine has a denser structure that offers strong lifting and support, making it ideal for adding volume and maintaining shape. Overall results typically last around 6–9 months, depending on the injection site, lifestyle, and individual aftercare.

Which areas are most effective for injections, and which should be avoided?

From our experience, Neuramis performs well in nasolabial folds, temples, chin, cheekbones, and sunken cheeks because the gel provides just the right amount of support without being stiff and allows for beautiful shaping. However, for very delicate areas such as the under-eye area with shallow layers, We often do not choose Neuramis as our first option because it has a higher likelihood of causing gel shadow or appearing unnatural. We always assess the skin layers, thickness, elasticity, and facial movement patterns of each individual before selecting the appropriate product and gel placement technique. Therefore, good results depend not only on the “brand” but also on accurate evaluation of the skin layers and precise gel placement.

How is it different from other filler brands, and who is it suitable for?

Compared to European fillers like Juvederm or Restylane, Neuramis’s strengths lie in its cost-effectiveness, immediate results, and smooth texture that blends well with the skin in various areas. However, its longevity is slightly shorter than that of European fillers. Neuramis is ideal for patients seeking facial contouring, filling moderate to deep wrinkles, enhancing facial contours, or adding volume to broad areas within a budget-friendly price range. Neuramis is a reasonable option, but if the goal is long-lasting results or a high level of precision, we might consider a specialized European filler. In summary, we don’t stick to one brand; we choose the “right tool for the problem” to achieve the most beautiful, safe, and natural results for you.
